Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and dust bags, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
